Tech Talento was formed by John Alcoran, our Director and Lead Recruiter.
On completing his degree in Business Management & Psychology, John, like most recruiters, fell into recruitment! Starting out at Eurostaff back in 2011, he quickly established himself as one of the premier consultants in the business. Hitting many individual milestones, John also built a well-established team of contract recruiters.
With a specific focus on the Danish and Dutch markets, John helped to build Kodastaff from 2017. He left there four years later to launch his own recruitment company, Tech Talento.
John understands labour, tax, and compliance laws to make your recruitment journey a smooth one. He also maintains a detailed knowledge of the IT recruitment market, so he can advise clients and candidates appropriately. His passion for connecting the very best IT experts to the most ambitious organisations is simply unrivalled!
Outside of work, John is a keen runner and trains for half marathons in his spare time. He plays basketball for his local club and is an avid football fan and lifelong Liverpool FC supporter.
